𝙂𝙡𝙤𝙬𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝙄𝙙𝙚𝙖𝙨: 𝙐𝙣𝙡𝙚𝙖𝙨𝙝 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙋𝙤𝙬𝙚𝙧 𝙤𝙛 𝙋𝙝𝙤𝙩𝙤𝙣𝙞𝙘𝙨

This competition provides a fantastic opportunity for students to explore the world of light and its applications. We invite students to submit posters on topics related to photonics and optics, highlighting their importance and impact in various fields. The competition aims to encourage students to investigate greatly in the field and obtain a better understanding of cutting-edge research and innovations in this rapidly growing area.
All undergraduate students from any academic institution are welcome to participate, and prizes will be awarded to the top entries. The winning poster will be published in a Newsletter and will be presented at the Department of EEE, University of Dhaka. We hope that this contest will inspire students to discover more about photonics and optics and to share their knowledge and outlook with others. We look forward to receiving your posters!

Submission procedure:
The poster should be sent in both PDF and Ai (Adobe Illustrator)/PSD (Adobe Photoshop)/INDD (Adobe InDesign)
The files should be renamed as Poster_title_team_name.

𝗣𝗼𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗦𝗶𝘇𝗲 : The poster must be made on the 𝟰𝟴’’ 𝗫 𝟯𝟲’’ (𝟭𝟰𝟰𝟬𝟬 𝗽𝘅 𝗫 𝟭𝟬𝟴𝟬𝟬 𝗽𝘅, 𝟯𝟬𝟬 𝗗𝗣𝗜) or 𝟯𝟲’’𝗫𝟰𝟴’’ (𝟭𝟬𝟴𝟬𝟬 𝗽𝘅 𝗫 𝟭𝟰𝟰𝟬𝟬 𝗽𝘅, 𝟯𝟬𝟬 𝗗𝗣𝗜) size sheet. Must be in 𝗟𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘀𝗰𝗮𝗽𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁 or Portrait 𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁 (according to participant’s convenience) with margin 𝟭 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗵.
𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗲 : The presenters/competitors are free to use 𝗔𝗱𝗼𝗯𝗲 𝗜𝗹𝗹𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝗼𝗿 𝗔𝗱𝗼𝗯𝗲 𝗣𝗵𝗼𝘁𝗼𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗽 𝗼𝗿 𝗔𝗱𝗼𝗯𝗲 𝗜𝗻𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻 to create and design their posters
The poster will be accepted via a Google Form as submissions.
Judgment Criteria:
● You should not submit any illustration by editing or reproducing any figure collected from the internet/Journal/Conference. In that case your submission will be eliminated.
● Proper color combination, color contrast, font size, font type etc. will carry a significant value.
● Any innovative design that makes the poster more attractive will carry some good points.
● Proper and clear explanation of the poster is so much important.
